Excel Driving School, LLC. is a consortium of police officers and driver examiners from the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Our instructors are active or retired professional police officers and driver examiners from the Missouri Highway Patrol, St. Louis City, County and Municipalities.Also St. Charles City and County Officers. We have been instructing young drivers for almost two decades. Our program was developed by officers with accident investigation and reconstruction training.This was to answer mistakes new drivers were experiencing; leading to accidents that could be prevented with proper training.
